D&D Plastering
For Builders & GCs

Four trades. One subcontract.

Most of our work is subcontract work for custom home builders and general contractors. One sub carrying stucco, stone, drywall, and paint means fewer handoffs, fewer gaps in your schedule, and one call when anything needs attention.

01 / The pitch

Fewer subs, fewer gaps.

Every handoff between subs is a place your schedule can slip: the drywaller who cannot start because the stucco crew left lath unfinished, the painter pointing at the taper, the callback nobody owns. Running the four finish trades under one contract removes those seams. Our crews specialize rather than rotate, each led by a tradesman with at least a decade in that trade, and one contact keeps them in sequence on your build.

We carry Utah Contractor License #9113019-5501 and general liability coverage, and send a current certificate of insurance on request.

03 / How bidding works

Plans in, bid out.

01

Send plans

Email a plan set or drop a link through the bid form. PDFs, prints, or a shared drive folder all work.

02

Scoped bid

We return a line-item bid per trade, not a lump sum, so you can see what each scope carries and compare apples to apples.

03

Scheduling

One point of contact runs all four crews. Stucco follows lath inspection, drywall follows rock, paint follows finish, no gaps to fill.

04

Walkthrough

Crew leads walk every scope with your super before we call it done. Punch items get fixed before we leave, not after the closing.
